12+ alloys and plastics.
Stocked and ready.

Material selection drives strength, weight, machinability, and cost. Pick the right one — or let our engineers recommend an alternative.

Aluminum

  • 6061-T6
Workhorse aerospace aluminum. Excellent strength-to-weight, weldable, anodizes well.
  • 7075-T6
Highest-strength aluminum. Aerospace structural parts. Anodizes; not weldable.

Stainless Steel

  • 304
Corrosion-resistant general-purpose stainless. Food and beverage industry standard.
  • 316
    Marine-grade. Superior chloride/saltwater resistance. Surgical-grade.

Carbon & Alloy Steel

  • 1018 Mild Steel
Easy machining, weldable, low cost. Brackets, frames, jigs.
  • 4140 Alloy Steel
Chromoly. High strength and toughness. Shafts, gears, fixtures.

Copper Alloys

  • Brass C360
Free-machining brass. Excellent surface finish. Decorative & fluid fittings.
  • Copper C101
Pure copper. Electrical conductivity. Heat sinks and busbars.

Titanium

  • Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V)
High strength, low weight, biocompatible. Aerospace and medical implants.

Engineering Plastics

  • Delrin (Acetal)
Low friction, dimensionally stable. Gears, bushings, manifolds.
  • PEEK
High-performance thermoplastic. Heat, chemical, and wear resistant.
  • PTFE (Teflon)
Lowest coefficient of friction. Chemically inert. Sealing.
